Church Robinson Estate Agents

Having successfully re-branded his estate agency business, Gary Church wanted to create a fanfare that would announce the new company name and provide a fresh look for the business.

Alongside creating new signs for the exterior of the building and rebranding the company vehicles, Gary had an exciting vision for the interior - using images associated with searching for a new home, but in a non-traditional way.  This led to us creating two very striking pieces of interior signage – one featuring a floor-to-ceiling map of the local area and the other a very large piece of bespoke wall art that takes a set of house keys as its cue.  As Gary explains:

“I wanted to use a map of the local area, as not only would it look good, but it would also relevant to potential clients.”

When it came to the feature wall, Gary wanted to create something that would make Church Robinson stand out from other estate agents, and bring a real ‘wow’ factor to anyone who visited his offices.  With such a large space to cover, getting a picture that would scale yet retain pin-sharp resolution was crucial, so our team created a range of images that would meet Gary’s particular requirements and supplied a set of samples for him to choose from.

The finished result was printed on a special wall wrap material which was matt laminated to prevent light reflections before being applied.  To add an extra dimension we created a brushed steel effect metal sign of the company name which was mounted on stand-offs so it would project from the image.  The end result provides a focal point that is, as you can see is, eye-catching, relevant to the business and creates a memorable image for people to associate with the Church Robinson brand.

“We have dealt with Kingdom Signs on a regular basis for some years now and have always been able to rely on their service and friendly, approachable manner, which has made working with them a pleasure. They have helped us on various projects, some at short notice, which is always a help in the busy environment we work in.”
